Youth Fall Program

Our Youth Fall Program is for beginner and intermediate athletes looking to learn and improve on both pitching and hitting.

2 days per week, Monday and Wednesday, 3:00-4:30 pm

Pitching & hitting training covering strength, mechanics, routines, speed, agility, performance and work ethic

Up to 12 weeks, June – August

Lock in on what you can control and make gains in strength, explosiveness, agility. Focus on making gains before your upcoming high school season and make the jump, only you can decide to go all in on offseason gains. Show up to practices in a couple months stronger, quicker, tougher.
